How is the Tanner Trails subdivision in North Aurora? I like that it is really close to 88.

Tanner Trails is split between West Aurora and Kaneland school districts. Kaneland fares slightly better, but West Aurora isn't the greatest. If you are wanting to live close to 88 and have better resale value and want to live in that general area, I would suggest Savannah or Ginger Woods in Aurora. Both are in the Batavia school district and are, in reality, probably closer to 88 than Tanner Trails is.

Batavia, yes, or Warrenville.
