Default Looking for an apartment building
We moved here from Charleston, SC and are looking to invest in an apartment building. How are Woodridge, Plainfield, Sugar Grove and Westmont in terms of investing. I am not concerned with schools or living there myself. Any ideas? Are those area oversaturated with apartment buildings?

I know Westmont has quite a few rentals, though mostly apartment buildings. I have seen for rent signs up in some places since I moved here 6 months ago.

I dont think any of those areas are oversaturated with apartment buildings.
