Some of these are so close to each other it would tough to give different estimates. On average:

Buff Grove/Wheeling/Mt Prospect - < 30 min
Arlington Heights - 30 min, maybe a little more in awful traffic
Vernon Hills/Libertyville - 30 - 45 min
Round Lake / Grayslake - 45 - 60 min

Trying to give you real-world door-to-door estimates. Times will probably look a lot shorter on Mapquest or just connecting points on a map, but the time it takes you just to get out of a neighborhood or through a few bad intersections can vary widely depending on time of day, how close you are to major roads, weather, etc.
