Default Thoughts on Lake in the Hills

My fiancee and I are making the move closer to Chicago. We currently live in Rockford. I work in Elgin and he works in Crystal Lake, so it just makes sense. We are looking for condos only and we found one that we love near Boulder Ridge Country Club in Lake in the Hills. I love the fact that it's not right on top of Randall Road like most the condos we have looked at are. We have a budget of about 200,000. I also like this area, because it is mostly homes priced at about $500,000 surrounding us. Any suggestions???

If you like the area, go for it. If you want opinions, its growing like crazy with traffic to match. There are an abundence of charmless strip malls and sub divisions every where, and the area is very crowded now. However, there are plenty of people like yourself who dont mind or care about that and they keep moving in. Good luck with your move.
