Hello,

Does anyone have any insight on the Westwind subdivision in Naperville? We have been looking into various subdivisions for the last year and as of right now Westwind is at the top of our list. I work in the city so we are looking for a subdivision in Naperville that is 2-3 miles from either the Naperville or Route 59 station with a budget of 500k.

Any insight would be extremely helpful!

Thank You!

Don't know much about it, but the location is really ideal. Very close to downtown Naperville, not far from I-88. Note that you will be surrounded mostly by folks going to Naperville North and Naperville Central, while your neighborhood will go to Metea Valley High School.

I have a friend in that neighborhood - I think other than a little grumbling about being in 204 and having to trek to Metea Valley HS instead of going to the MUCH closer Naperville Central is the only complaint.

We looked very seriously at that area but ultimately decided against it. The only reason we didn't choose it was because Metea is the high school, which makes 0 sense geographically. With kids in after school sports and activities, we didn't want them coming home super late and then having to do homework. We actually had assumed that it fed into Central, but nixed it when we discovered how far away their high school would be. We were thinking ahead considering our kids were 6 and 4 at the time.
