Naperville, Darien, and Willowbrook have pretty large Indian populations. Around District 204 in Naperville, particularly near Waubonsie, there are good Indian communities

I'm sure there are Indians living in Downers Grove as well. Don't know if there are any complexes where they concentrate. I doubt if there are any specifically concentrated with Telagu. Check here: https://www.tagc.org/ Also keep in mind, Downers Grove is only a short drive from parts of eastern Naperville.

Very true, Naperville as a whole has a large Indian community, one apaprtment complex which comes to mind is Railway Apartments on Rt 59 and North Aurora rd.

You should enjoy the diversity of the area and not try to congregate with only one type of people. Anyone else asking this type of question would be lambasted.

Woodridge is okay. Its not one of the upscale areas. Also try Westmont. I don't know specific subdivisions.
