Vernon Hills, Libertyville, and Arlington Heights would check all of your boxes except the Jewish community. However, Vernon Hills and Arlington Heights neighbor Buffalo Grove which has a decent sized Jewish population. Buffalo Grove (Lake County) has the highest property taxes in Lake County, which happens to be the county with the highest property taxes in the state.
