I am looking to get response from new purchase homeowners on the following builders: Ryland, Lennar and Pulte for Elgin area west suburbs. Any gripes? How did you like quality, delivered as promised, financing options vs. bank ...etc. I am working with clients and the better route I see is getting people into the new homes and gettign better rate with builder financing.

I know there is a blog for Pulte customer testimonials at two sites: Pulte’s Autumn Creek Blog and Pulte’s Heritage Park Blog These two sites discuss their JD Power ranking as well.
