Im thinking about getting involved with this social club in western springs. Anyone have any experience?
They seam cool, have awesome club/event house (even has concert stage) and throw both faimily and adult parties... kind reminds me of my old frat days in a way...

It is adjacent to the WS library. Less "frat house" and more like a mash-up of "moms & tots" with "Loyal Order of Moose" thrown in with a classier, more local civic vibe. I recall being at a few kids birthday parties years ago, probably with families that literally delivered the same week we did. As I recall the hosting mom was terrified she would not get her deposit back for the bowling alley (which as cool in a sort of "now I know why automatic pinsetters revolutionized things") sort of way as the kid setting pins was s-l-o-w as molasses, so the dads ended up basically wiping the whole place down. It is good for that sort of thing.
Probably more fun now that there are places nearby to get a glass of wine or other libations (WS was slow to adapt to the repeal of Prohibition , the success of Vie & Davanti Enoteca has been enlightening
