Can anyone recommend any places that allow three cats? Most places I have seen have a two pet maximum restriction. Am I going to find any that will allow 3? If not would renting a house be my best bet?

Thanks in advance.

What size apartment are you looking for? Price range?

Oak Park @ Harlem has built (overbuilt....?) some new high rises in that area. I suspect they might be eager to rent since they aren't filling up too fast. But they wont be cheap.

I would ask them. They are often more flexible on these policies than you think. I thought about renting an apartment in Lake Forest briefly. They had a 60lb limit for dogs and my dog is more than double. Corporate said it was fine. If you have good credit and references they might be willing to work with you. Honestly, with cats, I don't think anyone would even notice unless you let your cats run wild outside or something like that.

1 or 2 bedroom. Was hoping to be $1500 or under preferably but just wanted to hear all the options before filtering down even further.

Yeah that’s true and yeah I also thought about just having them but just not saying anything. I just didn’t want to face a possible eviction if anyone ever found out.
