I'm considering a route sales job in this area and worried I'm gonna get eaten alive, being that I'm a white dude. LOL I'll be mostly dealing with store managers from 5am-1pm. How are the people in this area? Anyone live in this area?

I used to work in Cicero. You'll be fine, just take the same precautions walking around at night that you would in any other inner-ring suburb. Berwyn I think is almost half white, and Cicero still has a lot of old-school Czechs.

I lived in Bolingbrook growing up, so I'm used to diverse towns, but Cicero is like 80 percent Hispanic, so I'm guessing Spanish is mostly spoken. Maybe I'm wrong.

noelgallagher2k, with all due respect, please bear in mind that perhaps just because someone is speaking Spanish in front of you, it nowhere nearly indicates they are "trash talking in Spanish right in front of you." Think about ANYwhere you go. How many times do you hear people speaking ENGLISH to each other right in front of you, yet they probably are not even talking anything remotely related to you!...
