Default West Joliet - Theodore's Ridge

Hello,
Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about Theodore's Ridge in West Joliet? The builder is Pasquinelli and I have heard good things about them. We are looking to build a house in this new subdivision, any advice?

Thanks!!

I don't have any experience with Pasquinelli but I live very close to Theodore's Ridge. We have lived in this area since Sept. and so far we like it. We are convenient to highways and lots of shopping on Rt. 59. Also, a couple major malls (Bridge Street Town Centre and Tower Marketplace) are planned for the area which I'm excited about. Lots of young families in this area which I like since we have an almost 2-year-old. I think Theodore's Ridge is in the Plainfield school district, we live in the Minooka district. I got caught in the Neumann Homes bankruptcy and it's been a major pain so I advise that you do some checking into Pasquinelli's financial standing before deciding to build with them. I know that Pasquinelli has been around a long time so odds are better that they will survive the housing slump. Still, you never know so it can't hurt to check.

Default Schools in Plainfield

Hi,

We moved to Plainfield in August to Clublands which is beside Plainfield South. I have 3 children in 3 different schools. My oldest goes to Plainfield South. We have been happy with the school. You don't hear about alot of discipline problems. She seems to be challenged in her classes. I also like that the kids are involved with the school activities.

Pam

idk if they filled BK but something is going on. I have a home being built in Yorkville and they just completely stopped working on the home. We called corporate and talked to Maria pasquinelli she told us that they are having some issues that they are trying to resolve with the bank. Its been almost a week and she hasn't called us back with an update. I've never been in this situation and would like some advice.

I read in the paper this morning that Pasquinelli Homes' Cedar Creek Subdivision is being foreclosed on by First Midwest Bank. The owe over $11 Million on this subdivision alone!
