Handyman and family looking to rent a house in the burbs... preferably St. Charles/Geneva/Batavia/North Aurora area. We are looking to spend between $800 and $1100/mo. As an experienced handyman would be willing to help with any repairs and upgrades to the property.

You're better off looking on craigslist.org than scoping for rental houses here. Good luck with your move.

check out realtor.com under rentals.
good luck.
i lived in st. charles and loved it.
u will have more luck looking for a rental home in st. charles and batavia.
i don't know about rentals in north aurora.
geneva is much pricier than your budget.

Smile Dear handyman and family i have a place to rent
I have a beautifull brand new 2 story town home in the very nice part of Elgin wich is just a few miles further north on randell from St.Charels. The home is a two car carage with a custom cabinet kichen and all stainless steel apl. It has a fireplace and a big family room. It also has two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. This is in a cute privite subdivion with other single family homes, walk paths and a club house with parks.

How soon are you looking to move? We are awaiting on the closing of a house (3 bdrm, 2.5 ba) within the next month or so, and it does need some work. It is in the southwest suburbs (Bolingbrook/Romeoville area). If that's still close enough and you're not in a hurry, let me know or PM me.
