Cicero all the way! Corruption of city officials, mob ties, gangs, you name it, they got it. I live in Berwyn and because it borders Cicero it gets lumped in with it's shady reputation.
I apologize to anyone who currently lives in Cicero but that town is a lost cause. The only way to fix Cicero is to Nuke it and start over.

WAUKEGAN!!!! It's on the north shore in Lake County, it is also the county seat. It has been completely overrun by illegals, and there was already a substantial population of homegrown undesirables as well. It is the ***hole of lake county, all the trash gravitates towards it...

Waukegan has nice areas too. As does Joliet, Aurora, and Elgin. So, to tick off Manigault with some more voyeurism, I'd say the worst suburbs I can think of of in terms of crime, gangs, despair, and corruption are:
Gary, Harvey, Robbins, Calumet City, Cicero, Maywood, Bellwood, and North Chicago.

Ford Heights
I was bored one Sunday afternoon after picking up a car from Midway and needed to get some food so I went to the Old Country Buffet in Ford Heights. I thought I was in the movie Friday. Nothing but gangbangers and wannabees in there that day.
