Default Suggestions for finding a place with wood floors in Waukegan

So, I'm moving to Waukegan in a couple weeks and really need to find a place to live soon.

Priority is on hardwood floors (creating art reasons) and staying within my price range $500-700. I'd love a studio downtown but it would also be alright to have a place anywhere by the lake, a park, or in a nice neighborhood.

I've been using craigslist and the News Sun to search for places. I've found one (kind of two) that I'd live in but they don't really make me excited.

Any suggestions for resources, actual places.. anything.

Hardwood Floors
$500-700
Nice location or Downtown
Waukegan, Il

Thanks.

-Ryan

Having read your previous posts...I'm going to recommend checking out the Highland Park Apartments at 678 Central in Highland Park. They are surprisingly affordable for such an upscale area and they have hardwood floors (some units anyway..you'd have to check to be sure) Although with your budget you'd probably be looking at a studio. But the commute to Waukegan wouldn't be too bad. You might also check around Highwood, but you'll run into some sketchy areas. Downtown Libertyville might have some options for you as well.
