Default For ambit5109 regarding Naperville

Sorry, I cant respond to my PMs for some strange reason, so I figured Id respond to you here. As for Naperville, the property taxes for that price house should be about the same. I only rented in Naperville so I never had to pay the property taxes, but I can assure you theyre high, probably the one of the most expensive in DuPage County. If you plan on being near Lifetime Fitness on Diehl Rd, you might want to look into the neighborhood thats right behind (south of Lifetime) the gym. I believe houses in there are around 350K and are quite nice, and that might also be considered Warrenville too, which should save you some cash and also allow your kids to go to Naperville schools. There are lots of other things right in the area as well: Warrenville Grove Forest Preserve (nice lakes and wooded trails/hills), Super Target, AMC 30 theatre, Wolfgang Pucks, Stir Crazy, Max n Erma's, Prairie Rock Brewery, California Pizza Kitchen, Potbellys, Qdoba, Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings, Red Robin, Noodles and Company, etc. All of those are relatively new and Warrenville is experiencing decent growth too, and its a quiet town IMO. I lived at Village Green at Cantera awhile back, nice place! That was right on the corner of Warrenville and Winfield Rd and strangely it was quiet as a mouse! Loved it! I just wish they didnt jack up our rent or else I would still be living there. We were paying 1,000 for a 2BR 1 BA and they jacked up the rent to almost 1,400 a month. Screw that! LOL Anyways, if you have anymore questions let me know, my PMs just wont let me reply strangely...

Oh, about the train thing... the closest stop would be in Winfield, directly north of Lifetime Fitness on Winfield Rd. Youd take Winfield Rd north, past Butterfield and Rt. 38 (Roosevelt Rd) and into Winfield. Its a short 5-10 minute drive in good traffic.
