I'm going to Joliet via Metra from Chicago this Thursday.

Can anyone tell me if there are taxis at the Joliet Metra station
to get me to my friend's house a couple miles from there?

I have picked up my son when he has arrived on amtrak and have seen taxis. what time of day are you arriving? you should be able to call a taxi service and make sure that one is waiting for you when your train is supposed to arrive. Personally, I would not want to wait around long there by myself.
