I did check the TB site and they still do use the words estate, executive and signtaure for some of their developments.
We have a Realtor in my area that used the word "executive" to describe several of her higher end homes. She was fined because it was determined to be discriminatory

She uses "fine living" now like it is going out of style. Way back when "executive" was used to describe a home that had an oversize living room/dining room/foyer which was highlighted for corporate entertaining.
