Default Woods Of South Barrington Toll Brothers quality??

Can anyone provide us a feedback on the quality of the Toll Brothers Exceutive homes constructed in South Barrington? I have been hearing mixed reviews of toll brothers quality. Have they done a sloppy job in this community as well?

Thanks in advance.

We live in an executive home in this community, and it's well constructed! People that live on bothsides of us have the same feeling.

I believe, please correct me if I'm wrong, but Toll brothers has what they call "Estate" homes, "Executive" homes, and "Signature" homes. The homes were of different styles/price points/etc..... Perhaps this is what he/she was referencing??

Ahh. So its just a gimmicky marketing name. I found the term "executive home" sort of hilarious. "Estate homes" is also pretty funny for a subdivision house.

I did check the TB site and they still do use the words estate, executive and signtaure for some of their developments.

We have a Realtor in my area that used the word "executive" to describe several of her higher end homes. She was fined because it was determined to be discriminatory She uses "fine living" now like it is going out of style. Way back when "executive" was used to describe a home that had an oversize living room/dining room/foyer which was highlighted for corporate entertaining.
