Does anyone know anything about the Northshore Estates located at

Highwood, IL 60040

I'm a 21 year old male moving for my first job in Waukegan. Will this apartment building suit my needs?

Omg. That's the last place you want to live in. My friend lived there with her two daughters and a son. The daughters couldn't walk out the door unattended. That's how unsafe that place is. She complained of the building being rat infested, hallways smelled like urine, drunk men entering.
