I would be glad to give some advice but need a little more info from you. Are you looking to live in the city or burbs? Looking to rent or buy and will you be working on a particular side of town? Chicago is a huge metropolitan area covering well over 100 miles.

I was looking more toward the city, I've been to lincoln park, but its too expensive for me, I've heard about different areas, but since chicago is so big and I haven't seen enough of it I'm not sure details all any of the neighborhoods.
