(An eye for an eye, and throw away the key for the most part) That doesn't mean the minute a black or Hispanic moves in my area, I'm going to run, or worry about the neighborhood going to hell as you seem, too. I don't have a problem with conservatives, but when it's used to cover to be hateful, and judgmental, I do.

Hey Happy Mappy, from the sight of these most recent posts, I guess 1970/1980 Jefferson Park school of thought still exists. In fact, after Mr. Odrama shows his true colors, I feel you will see my realistic school of thought more accepted again- maybe even some of you dillusional liberals, who ate too many mushrooms and hits of acid, will begin to see the real picture of what is happening to this once great country. FYI, I read in todays Sun Times, that Mr. Obama was voted #1 American Hero in the country in 2008, Jesus Christ trailed and was #2. Mother Teresa was #10- Can anyone believe that Obama is now more popular than Jesus- This survey might prove to be the final nail in this declining country. People like Happy Mappy might never get it- but hopefully they will before its too late!

You keep bringing up minorities and them having to pull up their bootstraps. You say minorities have ruined once great neighborhoods. Whose hittin acid here. Any tidbit of intelligence would lead you to the core of the problem, "poverty, lack of education and family all in a vicious cycle" (Oh, I forgot one, YOU!). Barack Obama is President of the United States. He is new, he is yound and I hope he helps this great country out of the current crisis we are in (caused by those happy go lucky types you seem to like *cough-"white"-cough* who keep their lawns trimmed). You see, I don't agree with some of Obama and his liberal friends stances like amnesty for illegals but I hope he succeeds in turning our economy around. I have HOPE for this country, you apparantly don't, you are a scorch and burn type personality, it's obvious. Now sit back and remember.........assigning any postulation to race has never and I mean never had any net positive affect on the human situation. Now focus things on the tangibles, (Illegals need to go and legal immigration needs to be reduced substantially). If you haven't noticed, crime in the cities have plummeted to 1950 levels. I imagine the 1950's, or maybe even the 1850's would have been a better time for you to be right now.

In all my life, I have seen neighborhoods crumble,cities crumble as a large mass of Blacks moved in- and all you can tell me is that Queens has improved with blacks-I will not believe this-nor will anyone else unless I can see stats- Google your *ss.
