Default Estimated cost below listing price in arlington heights/palatine? Any new buyers?

What % of the listing price are places going for right now in AH/Palatine?

Anyone buy anything lately and have an idea?

WE haven't purchased anything, yet, but I would safely say that starting at 10-15% below asking (with understanding to negotiate) would be fair. Especially, if the property has been on the market a while.

Good luck!

Those areas and including Buffalo Grove, Lincolnshire, Long Grove, and Vernon Hills have not gone down 10-15%. Unless the house is in foreclosure or the owners have already moved, the prices have not decreased by that much. You can start with 10% below listing but expect to go up quite a bit.
