My friend has a 2yr old kid and we wanted to catch up and get some coffee. I've seen some Starbucks in the city with a little area for kids (nothing major just a little kids table and some legos or something). Does anyone know of any in the north suburbs that have this "kiddy corner" as i call it?
she lives in schambourg (sp?) but any areas north would be fine, starting from skokie to hoffman estates.

Just give the child an espresso, that'll amp em' up enough to create their own play zone.

Why don't you just have each other over for coffee? Make a pot, sit in the kitchen and the kids can play. Much easier to keep the kids entertained and there's a bottomless cup. :-)
