If it's the subdivision I'm thinking of, it's nice (south of Schaumburg Rd. between Plum Grove and Roselle near Mallard?). I think some of the townhomes back to a forest preserve field and it's not too far from the train, Schaumburg Flyers and Theatre/Arts Centre.
The townhomes in that area also tend to be newer and a bit larger than the coach homes that are northeast of there. And IMO it's a nicer area than western Schaumburg. I also think the Summit association is strong (stringent code enforcement and rules on renters) which is key.
