If I take 88 west to 355 North, would that take me to 221.5 NW?
And if so, I'd end up in South Elgin, right?

someone please explain to me what 221.5 NW is and why 88 to 355 would take you there?
is it some sort of twisted suburban grid?
I mean I know what, 2200 west is, and i can even somewhat decipher what something like 15W700N is, but 221.5 NW?
