Default Crestwood (East of Cicero)

Hey all,

My wife and I have been hunting for a new place but we wanted to stay within the area (SW Burbs), and within our price point. We recently started exploring Crestwood.

We know the burb, but not the area.

We are looking at a place between 135th and 145th between Kostner and Pulaski. We only know of Crestwood west of Cicero, but not the east side.

It looks like it's bordered by Midlothian and Robbins (dread).

Can anyone provide us any info on this area?

Thanks,
Chris

Not much to say. If you're familiar with Crestwood west of Cicero, it's going to be the same east of there.

I used to work at the National Guard armory in Robbins.

Lets just say.. the area you are talking about *IS* North Midlothian. If you don't mind being a hop over a freeway away from Robbins, then you will like it.

Yeah, I live nearby and I don't have much of an impression of the area, other than in my local perception, it would probably identify more with Midlothian than Crestwood. However, Crestwood has some nice perks for homeowners - tax rebates and a nice rec center -- that you'll get to tap into.
