Looking to sell a home in NW suburban Chicago (Mount Prospect). Anyone know of a good social networking or forum resource online where potential buyers or relocators might be looking at, discussing or talking about moving other than city-data?? Our home will be listed soon and would like to contact w/ home buyers interested in our area and type of home. We also might list buy owner so would love to find a community of online users who would be prospective buyers...

once a home is on the MLS, advertising has little to do with it selling.

2 main things:
price
presentation

also I would pay few hundred dollar fee to get it on MLS and then give the agent who brings in the buyer twice the commission. (alot of agents will bring in their prospective buyers when they see that commission)
