I'm not justifying anything and, according to the story that you say you read, he killed his girlfriend's sister. He obviously has anger and impulse control issues which led him to murder three people. He should be put away for a very long time or even for the rest of his life. However, given the facts as we know them so far, there is nothing to suggest that this was a premeditated crime (which would warrant the death penalty) or racially motivated.
The Lane Bryant murderer or Chris Vaughn (the Oswego guy who planned and carried out the murder of his family)? According to the
law, they would be death penalty candidates.
