West Hoffman Estates (Barrington: houses, school district, living in)

Dear all,
I just wonder whether is anyone living in west Hoffman Estates? I am talking about west of 59 ( just west of the train track) and South of 90 and North of shoe factory road. There are small part of houses are belonged to Barrington school district. I wonder whether how bad the noise is and how bad the traffic now since Canadian railway company purchased the railroad? Thanks.

I think that anyone worried about railway noise needs to check a map:

Awful of lot of green space, single track except for a single siding, no grade crossing, plenty of buffer even for the handful of homes that abut the r-o-w...

Non-issue.

Take a look at something along the BNSF or UP for comparision.
