Yeah it would be nearly impossible to find a place in Warrenville for that price.

Obscure? The only thing obscure around here is your comment.

An unicorporated area might be what you are looking for BUT - Seriously, look very carefully they are cheap, but check what is allowed per the zoning. I would not want to live in "semi-rural" unless you are far enough away from your neighbor to not be able to hear, smell or see what he is doing. I know of what I speak.
You will also likely be on septic and well. Can you deal with those?
You will definitely want to stay out of dupage county at that price range.

Well, I was arguing with someone who basically said it was impossible to find a home in Warrenville for under 200K. We were off-topic and debating amongst ourselves, not really recommending a certain area of Warrenville for the OP, I did that on the first page.

Ok, is there anyone who can help me out with Warrenville?
There is house that we like on Holyoke Ct, under $250k, the subdivision is Summerlakes.
Is this a good area? How about the schools?
From what I saw, neighborhood lookes very quiet, nice houses around, nice yards...
House is in very good shape, but I am not familiar with Warrenville and need some advice here.
Thanks

Yep, quiet now. Backs up to Fermi, so odds are good that will remain so, although I wonder if the rail line (EJ&E, that is now being purchased by CN) will remain lightly used...
Might be worth doing a little digging on that.
