Hard to disagree with any of those. Except I'd probably say a third of the city is ghetto, and many other neighborhoods have a dash of ghetto sprinkled in without being all out hell holes. But far too much of the city is uninhabitable for a reasonable person.

Well, ya know, it's all relative. To some, a sprinkle of gangbangers and tagged buildings just adds to the flavor of the neighborhood. To others, well, not so much. But yeah, I hear ya, having a few 3hitheads around does not a full-blown ghetto make, true true.

Anyways, there are still plenty of nice areas in the city to offset all that.
