Go to Greatschools.net, it has breakdown by different categories, including test scores.

Greatschools.net includes a lot of "user input" rankings that are notoriously subjective -- EVERYONE thinks their schools/ towns/children are "wonderful".

The sad reality is that there in NO uniform objective means to compare elementary schools in any meaningful way.
