For only $14.5MM...
those of you who love Highland Park can truly stick to the other Jet-setters. It seems that 985 Sheridan Rd just went on the market for $8.9MM and as the agent points out in the listing, it can be combined with the property at 975 Sheridan for a paltry $5.6MM. Who knows, you maybe even able to get a deal on the two.
Anybody in the need of a 10k square foot guest house?

Take a look at the current condition of the real estate market in Highland Park. Lakefront property or not, these people are delusional or so HELOC'd they're desperate enough to try something stupid.
Start counting the price reductions, because they'll be coming in no time.

Kyle Orton recently sold a place in Highland Park, maybe they are hoping that Jay Cutler wants to buy one.

Me too. 
I actually like the house next door that he doesn't live in better (the less expensive one). It was built in the 20's. The more expensive one is not my style. |
