Default Does anyone live in an apartment complex?
My husband and I decided to hold off on buying a house and rent. We have lived in two two flats and both have been a disaster. So, we decided to move out of Chicago into an apartment complex. We are looking in Schaumburg and Naperville for starters.

If anyone lives in a complex can you please share the pros and cons? I have looked at reviews for some complexes and of course there are mixed reviews. I guess it is difficult to please each and every person that rents.

I appreciate it.

We lived in an apartment complex in Naperville (Railway Plaza) and liked it. They were brand new at the time, but they were very secure and the complex was always clean and great. The clubhouse would pick up your dry cleaning and even drop off movies at your door. The cons are not being able to blast music and sometimes parking was an issue.
