Default Apartments etc at or near Schaumburg

Dear All,
I will be moving from Peoria IL. I am going to be working in Schaumburg. My wife has not received a job yet but she can get anywhere from chicago suburbs to downtown. So I am looking for:

1. Apartment (2/3 BR, 2 Baths or more) or Townhome in range of 800 to 1400.
2. Near train station so I can drive/drop my wife to station of she gets job in downtown and at the same time not too far from schaumburg for me.
3. Washer Dryer included.
4. Preferably wherever the apartment/townhome is it should be in good area.
4. Some apartments have heating included. If this is possible its great otherwise its fine. Just throwing it out there.
These are just some of the points I am looking for. If anyone has any suggestions that would be great and I would really appreciate it.
Amar

You won't find a townhome in Schaumburg that is $800. The lowest may be $900 or $1000 for a 2 bedroom. There are plenty of communities, best to search online. The train stations aren't far for metra. Schaumburg local traffic isn't terrible, but the highways are jammed.

All townhomes will have washer/dryer included. Generally in the area, individual owners rent out townhomes.

If you don't have a dog, you have plenty of options. The one complex in Schaumburg I liked is Savannah Trace.
