So how do you account for the gangs, crime and drugs in low-income white and Latino neighborhoods? Are black people responsible for that too? There are so many other factors that go into this. For instance, there are a great number of black people that don't live in these conditions. Are they included in that "one group" too? It is a gross oversimplification to blame these conditions solely on the skin color of people.

True, but the one group is greater than the other and does more violent crimes. It is not the skin color but the behavior and culture or lack of it.

Can you show me the studies and/or facts stating that of entire black population in the U.S., the number of violent black criminals are greater than the number of law-abiding black people?

It is not skin color or "culture". Each individual black person who commits a crime is just that: an individual, not a representative of the whole race. That being said, I still haven't seen any data to prove to me that Lansing is "going down the tubes" just because more black people are moving in.

I think it is prejudice and downright stupid to assume that white flight is o.k. First of all whites do not own the earth and if minorities move in and they move out then oh well!! Its o.k as long as its an all white area but god forbid if you sprinkle a few blacks in and further more usually theese areas that are predominantly white have a lower poverty rate. So if you see minorities moving in then they can afford to be there. And as for businesses they dont close, they just jack their prices up sky high and force people to pay more. So as far as im concerned if you dont like the fact that you see minorities in your neighbor hood go and get a shuttle to the moon. This is america and people can live where they want! Oh and one more thing have you watched the news lately?? Minorities have taken a back seat to the whites i see everyday molesting children, killing their wives and girlfreinds, and robbing banks. I havent seen a child molesting black or mexican priest yet! So keep your uneducated opinion to yourself!!!

Perhaps those bad ones are a good sized minority, but they go where the other good blacks go and spoil it for everyone.
There is not doubt that most violent crimes are done by blacks. Just look at the prison population. Lets not refuse the obvious but admit that there is a violent element in young blacks that spoils it for the good blacks and the whites that flee.

See, when you say words/phrase like "obvious" and "no doubt", I say give me numbers and facts. If it is that obvious and "everyone knows" then you should be able to produce something backing that up. Again, this is strictly anecdotal, but I've lived in lower-class white towns and neighborhoods where there are gang and drug problems on a lower scale (due to a lower population). In one town where I lived there was a welfare office that had a line of white single mothers out the door every Tuesday picking up checks/WIC. Anyway, the point is that what you call "black behavior and culture" is by no means limited to black people.
