Default Well and Septic NW burbs
Do the majority of homes in LAKE county, NW burbs, have septic and well systems?

it depends on where you live (and your municipality or subdivision). I live in an area where many people have a private well and septic. But in the village they are all on a village system. I'm less sure about the septic stuff....more sure of the wells! It is common to have a private well.
