Default Looking for Buyer's Realtor in Oswego

I want to buy a home in the Oswego/Montgomery area, but I can't find a realtor to help me. If I'm not the first person to view a foreclosure, it's always gone by the time I get there. I call and the listing realtor always wants to know if I have a realtor working with me. I need someone willing to work for the commission and actually help me find a home not just do the paperwork. I want to buy a.s.a.p. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I would think if you call coldwell banker/primus in oswego, that someone there could help you. there is also a large remax office in sugar grove. also, Kettley Realtors.they have offices in aurora, sugar grove and the area.

I will second the recommendation for the Coldwell Banker office in Oswego. My husband and I worked with an excellent realtor from their office. She helped us with short sale/foreclosure properties.
