Looking for a Good Barber/Hair Stylist
I acutally moved into the Northwest Suburbs recently to Arlington heights, I trying to actually find a good hair stylist/barber to cut my hair. I acutally wanna get the fauxhawk with the mullet in the back. Anyone have any recommendations around the Northwest Suburbs. Price does not matter just want a good haircut. Let me know if you know someone or if yourself cut hair. Let me know thanks
Below is what im looking for exactly same hair cut

I've never gone this crazy with my hair, but getting a regular, but quality haircut is a hit-or-miss game. I was very happy with the service I got at a JC Penney salon at Woodfield mall from one of their higher (master?) rated pros, but with a tip at about $40 it was getting expensive. Than she moved and I went to local chain discount place at an Arlington Hts Rd/ Rand Rd mall and got an excellent all scissors cut from an older, Spanish speaking lady. Never found her again...
I go now to Super**** in Glenview, the Patriot place. Good vibes.
I will never believe "any one" can do it right. I came away with hair touching my left ear and 1/2 inch gap over the right one. And other mishaps. It is not easy to find someone that cares and takes pride in what they do. Teen girls with no experience... older ladies overworked and just plain tired.
Take the picture with you and go talk to few places before you decide. Ask who the leading person in a shop is. Take names down and than call back the one you felt most comfy with.
And make sure there is enough time reserved for you so the person serving you is not rushing 'cause another customer is waiting already.

Salon Lorrene in Palatine, Northwest Highway and Quentin, northeast corner. Outstanding stylists who I miss VERY much since moving to KC.

I've been to Salon Lorrene. The girl's name was Janie and she did a pro job. If you want a good barber shop you may be out of luck these days in that area.

Halo on Northwest Highway in downtown Mount Prospect, across from the Metra station. Have Laura the owner do it.

They're all good. Lori, the owner, is excellent. I always had Hilina do my hair, and they had a shampoo lady who gave the BEST head massages!
