Default New non-fundamentalist church in Elmhurst

Hi, I'm looking for a new church to call home and would love to find a med to large church that is NOT fundamentalist (i.e, bible church); i prefer a more liberal church if possible. any suggestions are greatly welcome!

If you are looking for something more liberal I'd say a UCC (United Church of Christ) or a Unitarian church would be your best bet. There are several UCC churches in the area around Elmhurst. I personally find that most of the larger churches are more fundamental/Bible/conservative leaning but you should be able to find a medium size church that fits your needs. The previously mentioned church (Calvary) may be too fundamental if you are looking for something on the liberal side. While it is a large church with a beautiful facility it may not be what you are looking for. Just my opinion...no offense to anyone who attends there.
