Thought I read a recent study that Illinois is ranked something like 48 (3 from last)for business friendly climate. Combine the 10% tax rate from Todd the Mod-Mr Stroger (& please remember to vote tomorrow for his removal!) and the local governments being cash strapped and being too short sighted to offer a tax break and you will possibly & unfortunately have a building sitting empty paying no local taxes and more added to the unemployment statistics.
