Default New Business.... Where should it open?

I am looking to open a high end men's and women's fashion store in Chicago suberb. The store would carry brands like 7 for All Mankind, Diesel, Mavy, Juicy, Marc Jacobs, and True Religion with the target shopper being between the age of 16 and 32. Can anyone recomend a suberb of Chicago with higher income level, college students, and that does not already have a store like this? It most likely would be located in a plaza. Thanks

I would say in the "suburb" of Mount Greenwood- actually it's Chicago BUT everyone treats it like a suburb because of its location.

The Zip Code is 60655, Its a Southwest Suburb- Home values are above average and there are PLENTY of teens, as there is Saint Xavier University, Brother Rice High School & Mother McCauly High School all in the same community

P.S. pulaski & 103rd is where the schools are located

You may even want to contact St Xavier University. An alum donated a shopping plaza across the street and I believe they are actively searching for stores to rent to that will cater to their students.
