After trying a search on Google and city-data, I can't seem to locate any bars or liquor stores that sell it. Anyone ever see it anywhere around here?

There are no Chicago distributors for Yuengling.

They have, in the past, been pretty selective with distributorship.

The closest thing to it available here in Chicago Is Brooklyn Lager (probably a bit better tasting, IMHO).

Dang, I was hoping this going to be about how Yuengling was rumored to be available somewhere here.

Of course it's nostalgia. This is an east coaster's high school/college beer of choice. It also comes in a 40 oz for like $2.59. I still drink it sometimes when I'm visiting my fam but now that I can afford better beers those times are few and far between.

Yuengling is regarded higher than PBR. PBR is still the PBR of the east coast. I wish they had Yeungling in Chicago. It would be a better alternative than Bud or Miller products.

Well, not that I'm opposed to downing an Old Style from time to time, but that stuff is pretty bottom of the barrel. Gives me a bad hangover if I get drunk on that stuff. I have had worse though.
