Hi, me and my wife currently live in Glencoe, IL but were more city people and we want to live in the Loop. I would like a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the loop but it has to be a tall building. I wont go over 5 million. also what is like if you own a car and live in the loop? do most of the condos have there own parking garages? or do i have to park it in a garage separate from the condo?

Thanks in advance for you help i really cant wait to live in this great city

The view of "One Museum Park" is the classic Chicago skyline view, if you like that.

Or would you rather be in the crowd of towers?

lol @ someone with that username claiming to be able to spend 5 million on a condo

Regardless, I'll bite:

You'd have to TRY to find a condo that costs that much in Chicago, even in the Loop area. You can find a 2-bedroom downtown for under $500k without much trouble, and even that would be in a luxury/newer building.

2-bedroom 2-baths in Aqua are only about $700k, for example, and that's a pretty prime example of top-of-the-line luxury downtown living.

I have a two bedroom two bath condo in a tall building in the crowd of towers. But I won't accept less than 3 million, I just won't.
