Agreed 100%. It's worse than that, really - with the advent of the internet kids have grown up thinking that a virtual army of people is out there to answer their questions and provide them free content, 24/7. I can't even fathom what college must be like these days, I remember back when plagiarism would have taken some effort!

What really frosts my pineapples, is the fact that universities are giving out graduate degrees online. I don't understand how you can genuinely and honestly evaluate someone academically without face to face human interaction. Besides, the internet is the place to go for scammers and cheaters of all sorts these days, why wouldn't that extend into higher education ??

Yeah. He was a long time smoker. I am sure he had the C for quite a few years already.

Absolutely it has nothing to do with Rosty. However it is now clear how evil the system is that Rosty was a part of. Twelve million Illinoisans will be suffering terribly next year, because the Illinois machine can't bear to give up the power and wealth that comes with being a part of the system. These are truly evil and depraved human beings, men with no more conscience then Hitler, Stalin or Mao.

The feelings of helplessness in this state are enough to start driving a person crazy. We have another sham election coming up in November where the Illinois machine will be returned to power to wreck their destruction. We can't leave the state because of the plunging value of our homes. It's easy to imagine how people felt during the last decade of the Soviet Union, when freedom must have felt so close, yet so far.

So, it's kind of hard to just forgive and forget with Rosty. It akin to forgiving and forgetting the deeds of a Nazi prison guard now that we are witnessing the full horrors of the system.

It is funny-I am far from being a ultra-liberal democrat but I am also not a dyed in the wool right-wing republican. I must say this kicking Rosty in the grave is ridiculous.

He contributed mightily to the culture of corruption in politics. He and people like him are why we are, as a country, swirling around the bowl right now.

He may have stole from the kitty but he never took bribes. ( At least was never convicted of it. )

Blago was way more corrupt than Rosty ever was.

That's what you call faint praise.
