No. The neighborhood this school is in is East Garfield Park. The school address is 431 N. Troy St. I take it you are using "community areas." If that is the case, the address is just barely in the Humboldt Park community area. The border is Kinzie. I will say that the area around the school has much more in common with the East Garfield Park neighborhood than the Humboldt Park neighborhood.

No, the according to the official City of Chicago website, the border for Humbold Park neighborhood and community area is Kinzie. The school is in Humboldt park, although right on the border.

There is a big difference between the map they have on the tourism website and on the regular website.
