Devon ave. between Western and McCormick. Is it officially Rogers Park? Unofficially what is it referred to? How is it safety wise, specifically the side streets to the north and south. Thanks in advance.

West Rogers Park is becoming less Jewish and more Indian/Pakistani. It is still a good neighborhood and convenient to both downtown, the north burbs, and the NW burbs.
