You do know that being a pizza delivery guy is one of the top jobs in the nation that you're most likely to die on the job right? We're talking more dangerous than being a bomb squad officer.

....and in Chicago of all places. If I were you I'd reconsider a different job. If tips are what you're looking for try bartending at one of the more higher class bars.

Uhh....getting a bar tending job is difficult. Getting a bar tending job at a high class bar is even more difficult.

That's a total fallacy. Poeple like farmers, coal miners, roofers, fisherman, truck drivers and pilots are far more likely to die on the job.

Wrong. I said one of the top jobs in the nation. Sales Delivery/Truck driving ranks in at number 9, above police forces. And from what you've googled, thats only in 2010. At one point it was number two on the list directly below commercial fishing. The numbers change every year.

Still more likely to die on the job delivering pizzas than being on the Chicago bomb squad. (Statistically this year). Don't believe me? Google "pizza delivery crime" and see how many hits you get. You know why? Its not hard to make an order in a bad neighborhood to a fake address, jump a pizza guy and steal his money/kill him. Believe me, I've done the research.

granted, this happened in Boston, but you're right, it can be a dangerous job. it puts you squarely on the turf of some potentially questionable o downright dangerous people.
