This is old news already. But hey, what better U.S. city for a Red Chinese leader to visit but Moscow on the Lake? It does not surprise me at all.

You can already trade the dollar vs chinese yuan at OANDA. It is spot retail, but you can trade it.
If you are talking about trading the new Yuan bonds, then you can get those on european exchanges, i believe.
