I don't really think you should be worrying about the area over there. Are you looking to live there, looking to go to school at VSHS?, it is a realtively nice area

23 years ago-when I lived across the street from Von Stueben, it was the border between more mixed area south of the river where some buildings were nice and others not so nice and the area north of Foster that was more single family homes and consistently nicer. BUT a lot changes in 23 years so don't take my word for it.

You should have seen it from 1953-61 when we lived there. It was like living in a small midwestern town. A little bit of Norman Rockwell in the big city.
